I love your yesterday
Even though it was rough
Tough and very hard
It’s made you strong
Warm and very smart
It sheds light on who you were

I love your today
Although you try to be modest
Your strength is true
Kind and very sincere
It shows who you are

I love your tomorrow
Though it’s not here yet
It looks bright
Fine and full of hope
With great expectations
A reflection of whats to come
Who you will be

I loved you then
I love you now
And come tomorrow Lord willing I am here
I will love you more
