When Words And I Kissed…

Standard
When words and I kissed...

Each smooch was a letter born
Syllables formed as my breath was held
In loving anticipation of this consuming
Warm and soothing caress

Kissing all over
Thoughts grew intentions glowed
Passionately we embraced
A gentle contact and touch becoming more
Words imprinted on my tongue
Seeping with our slobber into my heart

The grand finale...

A long and lingering French kiss
Lasting for what seemed like never ending
Cascading waterfalls

Till my held breath was released
A poem born...

And I sighed in sweet relief
Relishing the results of this our sweet exchange

When words and I kissed...

      • So easy to praise your work boomie — always something to โ€œwake me upโ€ ๐Ÿ™‚ ~ Today was a bit tougher — weekend was improved so I guess I will try to go with the flow — some medical surgeon consults next week — and hoping for solutions that arenโ€™t awfully invasive. Thank your your caring boomie ~ love to you, R
